Dear MRI investors,
I have recently purchased a proerty via MRI in Morocco, the process has been slow but nothing to do with MRI. it is now complete and title deeds have been signed.
I have also purchased furniture from MRI and paid for this 12 months ago. MRI however can not and will not give me an installation date. Many other people are in the same position as you might imagine and we are all livid. My property is for a rental investment as I am sure most of yours are too. as you know it is pretty difficult to rent an apartment without furniture and the Summer seson has now arrived. I have therfore had to buy furniture from another local supplier (who turned it round in 3 weeks!). My problem is that MRI refuse to give me a refund. See there Terms and conditions on the lifetime aftersales website under furniture.
however this also clearly states that they will provide a lead-in duration on recipt of payment. 12 months and no lead-in time! this is a breach of contract and I am now getting my money back via lawyers.

Has anybody got info on when a managment company will open this building.
We have been told we are furnished and snagged and are still waiting to hear anything re- rentals. We signed up with Villas and Apartments but no answers there

Anybody have news on when furniture is going to be fitted in Pirin Rise.
The apts are 'ready' and I am waiting to hear from aftersales as to when they will fit the furniture and do the snagging etc.,

I have recieved an email from legal independance to say PIRIN RISE apt will be completed end october ahead of the december schedule....any one else receive same email..thanks

We bought in Sept 06 and have not yet been back. Bought through MRI and have (touch wood) not had any problems. The photos I have seen certainly does show a lot of progress.
We would like to get back out there in the next few months. Have you started thinking about mortgages, furniture, etc, etc?
Also - are you planning on renting it our yourself, or using the management to do it for you? | kjdarcy |
