| Guess what folks? there is going to be a major delay. There is no electricity supply to Pirin Park. This is going to lead to a delay of up to 9, YES 9 Months.- Apparently the developers are in negotiation with the solicitors over this. Watch this space. | bigfatal |
| Where do I start? I am very frustrated with the lack of information regarding Pirin Park Resort. After constantly badgering MRI I heard the project would not complete on time - has anyone heard anything different. I am very concerned about the potential for rental, which is the sole reason for buying the property. Does anyone know of a letting agent that can be used? I think the prices MRI want to charge are outrageous. I was also it seems conned into buying the MRI furniture pack after months of pestering phone calls. I am going out to BAnsko 6th to 9th December so will have a first hand information - seems to be the only way to get hard facts. | bigfatal |
I too purchased an apartment in Pirin Park from MRI last November and despite paying for aftersales membership have had no contact other than emails to buy the furniture packs! No development updates or access to members website. Does anyone have any up to date info? Love to hear from anyone

I have also been receiving phone calls from MRI regarding the furniture package and having read some of the comments below am now curious about this inspection that MRI say is required ,
does anyone no if there are any other letting companies/ property managers involved in this complex, also are Bulgarian development UK looking at managing letting for this property
I have tried finding details of this development on the MRI site and as yet haven't been successful ?
I have just been onto Bulgarian developments site and cant find any progress reports or pictures, i am going to send an email to the solicitor in Bulgaria and ask her opinion. ill let you no what they have to say but don't expect a quick reply | stellasteveb |
hi, can anyone give a definitive answer to the furniture pack question? I feel as though i'm being railroaded into buying an MRI package when i'd really like to go with a third party. I have a good quote from a furniture company but am being told by MRI that if i go down that road i will have to get an independent inspection done for health and safety reasons and conformity. I spoke to MRI recently and expressed doubts about this but they assured me this was the case, that their pack includes the cost of this inspection and that if i were to have this done independently it would cost me €4000. The third party furniture company have told me that this is not the case and that it is something MRI have created to ensure people buy their packs. Who do i believe? | haygeo |

| Hi, MRI have contacted us very promptly re furniture packs which include insurance etc and we do not feel that it is actually overpriced in comparison with sorting it all out with a 3rd party. Also they have replied with updates on phase A which is on schedule and there are pictures on the website. We have had very good service from MRI and anyone with concerns should speak to them direct. Hi, we have bought 5 studio apartments in Pirin Park and have asked the builders directly to update us on the development. We also think the furniture is expensive and have been told that we need to order now inorder to have details of properties placed in holiday brochures??AS yet we have not done anything - does anyone have any better ideas?

Hi all, i have purchased a property in Pirin Park Resort, the photo's have been taken off the MRI Aftersales website for some reason, its supposed to be completed this Dec, but looking at the work so far, i dout it, has anyone got any concerns about this, please post a mail back
