I am going to Bansko on Tuesday,if anyone wants some info please let me know and i will see what i can do.Should have some photos for next week.
I will be checking out a company that does a complete furniture package which is suitable for letting the property.And looking for a property management as well.

We have just got back from Bansko and have viewed our apartment in Pheonix ii - we were under the impression that Diamond Experience was the agent there, then it was Blue Horizon and now it is with AZ Properties in Bulgaria. Block B (at the top) is due to finish in Nov 07 and Block A in June 08. We would advise taking a trip to see your property as we found a number of issues which are now in the hands of the solicitor. We are finding it very difficult to get information on the property. Our apartment comes with a furniture package but we have been unable to actually see what it will look like, Does anyone know?
We did a recce of shops and you can buy all the electrical goods in Bansko and you can kit the kitchen out, What we failed to find was bedding and curtains. Our windows are sloping as we are at the top and we have not got a clue how to fit any blinds or curtains - any tips anyone?
We found Bansko a charming place and the location is very good. If you look beyond the building work to when it is finished it will be a great place. However, with so much expansion they need to start thinking about extending the ski area which we have been told may take a couple of years! | Andy and Dee |
