Hi Karen and all,
Yes I share those concerns. Also, when we were there in Feb, a few people came onto the site to see how the bowling green was coming along. It seemed like they may possibly have been fancying using it, and without anyone on site to monitor the situation it could be open to everyone.
Also, as it gets busier, the common areas will need a fair bit of upkeep, so it would be helpful to have someone on site for all the maintenance needs. There is more to go wrong on our development!
On a more cheery note our friends will be there 12-23 April and Alex and I are going 26 April to 1st May and then again 28 June to 3rd July. We're really looking forward to it! Anyone else going to be there at the same time/s?

Hi everyone.
Steve and karen block A appt 001
just found this site via Liz on A block, have got a few contact details and will advise them about this sight. have mentioned to liz about a committee. anyone else interested in a committee let us know. have several concerns about the site.
1) site is only going to be manned part time.
2) jacuzzi is an internal jacuzzi with a cold water feed only, a far cry from the original pics we were shown. an internal jacuzzi won't last long sited outside.
3) No shower around the pool area.
Any more concerns?

Is there anyone out there or is it just me! We have bought no.001 in block E. We are interested in sharing as much info. as possible with other owners.
We are next over in April 07 and would be happy to share photos/info. with others. We are especially interested in owners in block E as we can sort out sat.tv.!
