I did buy through MRI. The jury is out on info supplied. Started to worry as no one had anything on this board! ha
Also bought at Aspen Heights. The message board for the Aspen developments was uspended though! After reading loads of negative comments I have a feeling that is why it has been suspended!
Just nervous about the whole thing. Always chasing you for money as regards Aspen Heights, haven't heard anything re. Perum Lodge. Capital Finance Partners only contacted me about a mortgage about 4 weeks ago, so everything is a rush at present. Turns out most of the mortages are capital repayement in reality, i was hoping for an interest only. the LTV has been based on the purchase price and not the market value. I was hoping to finace the furniture etc this way but there is just about enough to simply complete.
How are you finding it all?
