Just to let everybody know that although the apartments are finished you won't be able to stay in them  because the external works are not finished and some of the services will not be available.  I am going to be there from 6th - 16th but have booked accommodation.

I have been told by Tania that all the finishings will be competed in July.  Philippe will be out there then.  She has told me that the best time to go would be July.  I  am going out there on 2nd July for 2 weeks and hope to stay in my apartment.!

Pool finished by mid July sounds a bit too good to be true. Are the lifts in and working? We keep asking that but have never had a reply.

We have not heard anything from this Tania for months.

Has anyone been out there recently?

Hi, Steve and everybody who invested in Perla Manor. I am also aware that there are some delays in regarding the completion of the building. But I don't understand what ,actually, you mean by "group action". Lots of people have invested there don't want to risk their investment, meaning that probably it'll take time to come to a final results and in the mean while the building will most likely to be completed. Also wouldn't be better and more logical, if anybody has certain questions to ask ,to contact the developer first, instead of writing in hidden forums and asking anybody for help. I keep in touch with the company and they are willing to help with any information about the development.

Hi Shvesty off course everyone who was expecting a completed apartment has the same objectives and motivies and no one wants to loose money.

So if the situation is that people have contacted the developer and are not happy with the response is it unreasonable to

1/ fully understand the situation , 2/ before committing any more funding verify the financial integrety of the developer. 3/ Do anything else leagally within Bulgaria Law which protects their best interest.

From the tone of you email it is not written perhaps by a potential owner, because of course it is normal for people in a shared situation to work together, but perhaps by someone who has a vested interested in protecting the developer rather than the client.

A lot of money has been invested and the most appropriate course of action is yet to be determined after fully understanding the situation including the ability of the developer to obtain the funding to complete the project.

apparently you believe a "group action" places risk on the investment WHY ? It is simply looking at carefully considered group action.

I am an investor of Perla manor. Can anyone tell me when this development is meant to complete? Cannot find much out at the moment. This development has taken a long time to finish and I need to know what stage it is at and if there any any problems. Hope someone can help. Has any one also been over to look at it lately and what are your views on the finish etc.
