Hi - we have owned at Paradise Kings Club since before it was opened (bought off plan), and have 2 weeks - one summer, one spring. The accommodation is superb, and the only thing I can think of as to why people are selling is that they need the money, or expected the resort to be livelier. It is relatively quiet, and out of town, so if you don't have a car you will need to go by taxi into Paphos, which could work out expensive over a week. If you have children of school age or teens, there is nothing in the resort for them, but it is ideal for older couples or young families.

Hi Folks
Have been a regular holidaymaker in Paphos over the past 10 years. We
like the chance to get a bit of warmth when the weather is at its worst
here in the UK. Just received a brochure about the Paradise Kings Club
and it looks very attractive. Would welcome any comments from current
or past owners about their experience of the resort. My wife and I
anticipate (if we buy) using the week ourselves but also allowing our
family and friends(possibly) to use it in the future.
Also have seen some resale offers for weeks at the Club at much lower
prices than in the brochure we have from the developers. Any comments
on the likely reason for people reselling after only one or two years'
ownership?
