| is anyone else having problems contacting dreamville. i have been emailing the tourism department, the office and georgina nikolova to arrange to visit my apartment in august since february but have had no reply. i have even tried ringing them to no use. any ideas? | vjsingh |
no shortcut. on shore is dagerous. I took a walk inside sanatorium park.
SPLENDID. Perfect air, clean alley. Starts near the snack bar , next to sunny bay.

Hi all
We are owners in block 2 Panorama Dreams. We went over in feb and it was freezing. There were no cheap flights in so went over to sofia with easy jet and travelled by car to bourgas. The flights at present are not cheap. The best deals are with wizzair.Thomsonfly and dial aflight. Bulgarian air are not too bad. We contacted easy jet direct and they are not planning as yet to fly into bourgas. To te queston below of beaches. THERE IS A BEACH IN BETWEEN US AND SUNNY BEACH. The entance is opposite fort beach. I tis where the bulgarians go. It is small and private and has a good snack bar .Has any one any more information regarding the land in front of us. We spoke to pr solictor who is also a god friend. He told us it has been sold but is unaware of any beach linking stvlas to sunny beach or any harbour?

I called Victor, the manager, he doesn't know anything about a
harbour, but Seawind plans to build a beach. anyway not this
year. Said news, Todor resingned. He got maried in dec. with Anny ,
the big blue eyes blond receptionist from last summer, and
resingned in febr- march. Pitty, he was a good guy!

the terrain between panorama and sea is dreamville´s prop. of what i´ve heard, but nothing about a harbour. plus Sea wind is to close. on the right side towards the villas group it is place

they started to clean the place. As far as I know they didn´t receive act16 yet. problems with interiors. I allready have a moulded wall . Hope to get in touch with some of you to discuss
about management. ( good guys - managers - Victor & Todor, but they have weak support from dreamville. maybe we should organise someway. More after may 3.

We are family from essex who have brought a property in panorama dreams we have been over to bulgaria on many occasions in the ski resort and stvlas. We are pleased with the complex but unhappy that the the gym on site and the football court for the boys are all chargeable and if we want to use the gym this is a separate fee that is payable anually. The furniture package is ok but we have had to send the sofa back as we have already had many family members complaining of poor quality. Dreamville are now changing it after replacing it twice due to faulty mechanisam as are other familys on the complex.are. Apart from these details we are happy with the complex and have already been over several times. We are pleased the pool bar is now finished.. If you are owners has your apartment been snagged for defects yet? We are due to have ours rectified a the end of august. If it is your first time to bulgaria please do not change your money in the kiosks you will get ripped off. Please change money in the bank ,the shop on site who gives a good rate or the kiosks with a big crown sign on. We have met some lovely people who have brought apartments and one couple are starting an owners club which is a good idea. We have been travlling to Bulagaria for the last six years and only wish we brought a propert then. Hope that you all like it as much as we do and hope to see you for a beer in the near future.

We have bought an apartment in Panorama Dreams and went over in June when the apartment was not quite ready and again at the end of July where we were able to stay in our apartment.
The complex was complete except for the pool bar which they were working on when we left.
We lover Bulgaria and the people as very friendly and helpful.
We would like to here from anyone else who wishes to contact us who has an apartment here.

Hi neighbours ! New buyer in town. My name is Malin. I'm romanian and my family and I purchesed an apartment in Panorama dreams. As we are living in Bucharest, at five hours of calm driving, we hapened to be there often. So, they finaly started to build the pool bar, I think they also greased the flag poles which are less noisy. But, cause there is always a "but", the small aheap made of carton boxes near the entrance (north fence) became a huge waste pile long 50 metres an 2m high (has allready 1 month and is growing). Stairs walls are to be repaired because the furniture provider employies ... . We'll go again this week so there more to come. If you need something just ask. Best regars , Malin

if you have bought it has an investment, then have 100% on the notary - this way you wont pay as much CG tax.
If you have bought it to use for a holiday home and dont intend to sell, then go for the 30% and pay less.

Purchased property in Panorama Dreams, St Vlas. Has anybody any advice on Notary fees. Is it better to pay more and have 100% written on deeds or the 30% the builders suggest. I have the option. Also any ideas about ongoing costs. Any help would be useful.
