| Have been advised by my sols that they received an email yesterday from the developers sols that the property will be ready in October 08 and then they will request the utilization license which may take another 2 months but does vary Hope info is of help | stevep |

Hi Steve,
Sorry I can't help on the rental schemes as I haven't had chance to check on them myself yet but I would certainly shop around, I have found MRI big on talk and figures but not good trying to get updates, information or advice and the old adage once they have got your money springs to mind like with a lot of similar companies. I haven't even had word on progress or completion as yet let alone renting out but will be making enquiries myself soon

| Hi, I bought on this development November 2006 through MRI and had one update with photo of development only and long time ago now. The solicitor doesn't reply to correspondence . I have heard the developers have been taken to tribunal by two parties for non payment of money owed and apart from a request for a further interim payment I have heard nothing since and wondering if there are any problems with the development. Does anybody else who has bought there have any information on the current state of affairs there please . ? | Silver Fox |
My apartment should be ready July 08. Anybody else buying in this development. I bought through MRI any comments? Also anybody got upto date photos.
