I can not believe that any one would believe such a CROOK and let him get away with what he has done to so many people, the Danish,English, Dutch, Irish and Belgian as well as the Turkish police should be called in. this is fraud and nothing else and any one who sticks up for him is no better than he is, just greedy fat little people thinking about their own pockets at any cost. Just take a look at what you are doing,and saying save my investment at all costs never mind what he is doing to any one else, let him con who he likes once we get our apartment. Our investment is right , just look at his other resort not one aparment can be sold at a profit, even he will not buy them back, HE TOOK ALMOST 70,000 OF MY MONEY OUT OF THE NOTARY LAST AND ALL HE CAN SAY IS ITS A MISTAKE BUT HE WILL NOT RETURN IT, THEN I read stupid posting from fools telling people to believe in this, believe in what he doesn't have 70 cent to pay me back never mind 70,000 euro he stole on me.

Here we go again on the not so merry go round, who do we believe ,what do we believe,I only know one thing for sure the Danes have done the right thing, secure as much as they can,as they no longer believe in this project and many of the Dutch and Belgians are now following them in seeking legal advice to try and secure their money before it gets lost in the big black hole in the promise land.

| All this public "slagging off" is really so unnecessary. I am just as frustrated and annoyed as anyone else, but there is a private forum that allows you to vent your frustrations without incurring the damage you are doing to yours and my investment. I agree everybody is entitled to their opinion and has every right to voice it, but you are doing it at my expense, when it is not necessary. I apologise if this offends anybody (as I said, everybody not only has the right to their opinions, but the right to voice them) but I feel offended by people who cause me harm by doing this. Especially when they could just as easily do it without damaging other peoples investments. Could somebody please turn off Hans? We’re all deafened by his tune – “Look on the bright side of life” which he hums while he is keeping his finger in that hole in the dam.
If we could only lower the din for a minute, surely we would hear Croque belting out that Kenny Rodger’s number – “Never count your money till the deal is done” {The Gambler}. We would definitely hear Harmanda’s dulcet tones wafting their way from Turkey. Imagine him in full throttle, on the chorus:

What Hans has failed to tell us is that a mumber of Dutch AND Belgians have now moved over to the solicitor ,which the Danish have acting for them.
And yes I have had this confimed by both the Solicitor and some of the investors and of course the solicitor did not give names I have being hard at work to find them myself,as I like to post true facts not hear say

Hello All,
I am personally delighted to see this forum is still up and running as I am not at all impressed with Hans bullying tactics.I do not like his style ,and his behaviour could be psychologically damaging to many investors. People have invested hard earned money in this project and should have the freedom to voice their opinions as they so wish,
Not everybody may be as financially flush as Hans and are very worried about the outcome of this progect. Please spare a thought for those many investors who have re mortgaged their homes and are paying heafty monthly repayments together with ever increasing interest rates!

I understand that there was a big meeting in Ireland today, where mr. Croque himself was present. Even some people were very nasty to him he kept calm and polite. He also has given his private assets in Bodrum in value of 60.000.000,00 Euro as a guarantee to all the buyers? If this is true it means something I think. He is not running away and really trying to get OPB started again. I wish him all the luck and succes he need.
