I purchased an apartment in nubia sharm block G 17 apt. 301 from 3 cube holdings in shepherds bush rd. and am having difficulties in checking the legality of the purchase. The unit doses not appear to have been finished and the solicitor 3 cube offered me doesn’t give any confidence either. I need to find out more, can any one help please? DC | davidrjc |
| My apartment is not ready yet. I was there. Two workers working. Hotel is almost ready. Beach too. Hotel swimming pool not yet. Swimming pool within the private area dirty, good for mosquitos.  HI...WE ARE IN G7 AND HAVE JUST FOUND THIS SITE, WHICH IS GREAT.
I WENT OUT IN NOV'07 AND LOOKING AT THE PHOTO'S ON SITE ALOT HAS BEEN DONE.
WE WERE TOLD COMPLETION WOULD BE JUNE2008 AND NOW TOLD IT COULD BE A COUPLE OF MONTHS LATER. HAS ANYBODY BEEN GIVEN A DATE? WILL WE ALL GET COMPENSATION IF IT IS NOT COMPLETED ON TIME??

We have purchased a property and was told the completion date of the resort to be Dec 07/Jan 08. Looking at some of the photos that have been posted it looks to be no where near complete. Does anyone have a realistic date by which the resort will be completed?

Hi - I'm new to this forum & looking for some URGENT help. We were about to reserve in Nubia today, but late yesterday afternoon I got a reply from an agent I'd contacted a while ago re Nubia & Gold Sharm, saying they no longer offer Nubia due to " some ongoing problems that do not seem to have been resolved completely". We are now in a total quandry - do we go ahead? Have those financial problems re-surfaced? ANY INFO would be greatly appreciated.

My husband & I have been offered a 2 bed apt on this development - type G - and have been told completion should be Dec2007/Jan 2008.
Does anyone have a GOOD layout plan of the whole site so I can see exactly where the apt we're being offered is?
Also, any info in general would be good.

This development is noving in the right direction, the first 10 villas will all be completed before the end of May I think with all swimming pools for the development completed and the first phase landscaping works in place by the end of April.
Also the five star hotel rooms where the royal suites are to be located look to be very advanced and could even be ready for occupancy within 8 months if all continues to go well.
The beach is currently being utilised for camel riding, horse riding, and now quad biking until the hotel opens.
And I also believe the resort may be now planning to incorporate a mini / crazy golf area for the children.

| I have just bought an apartment on this developement and was considering shipping out a furniture pack sourced here in the UK and wondered if anyone else had thought the same way and was interested in sharing a container.I would be able to get far superior furniture and fitments from the uk but was still unsure as to what voltage the developer is installing.The electrical packed would then obviously need to be sourced in northern europe as not all electrical items bought in the UK will work properly on 110 volt although most will.Anyone interested.Also i have just returned and have some photos and looked around inside some of the blocks so might be able to let you know how your building is coming along.Look forward to hearing from you all.Regards Chris | sheddie22 |
I have purchased a number of properties at Nubia Sharm, and have a number of photos' of progress of the sites that I am willing to share.
The last time I visited the resort was in July / Aug 06 so am eager to find other buyers who may have some further progress photographs.
