My name is John, and I own a 2 bedroom top floor apartment in block A1at Nissi Golden Sands which is fully furnished to a high standard. I will be using the apartment for two weeks commencing 13/July/2008.On the 20th July , my daughter,son in law and 2 daughters are coming over, but my apartment is not big enough to accomodate us all and therefore we need another apartment / property for that week. I would like to know if any other owner would let us use their property for a nominal sum to cover cleaning, laundry etc. and I would do the same if any other owners needed the same favour returned.

We have only stayed in the apartment for the first 2 weeks of August, which is when we went out to furnish it, the apartment is fully furnished to a high standard. | Can anyone tell me the state of the development at the moment - ie is the building work still in progress or is all of the flats now completed. We are looking to rent an apartment or villa on the site in September and have a newborn baby that we are taking over on holiday and are really nervous that we go there and find there is alot of building works in progress and the place looks like a building site - any advice would be so so appreciated. | salenadingwall |

Just been back from an inspection trip and am looking to purchase 1-2 bed apt within 5min walk from Nissi beach (inspection trip was awful!). I have a one bedroom apartment in NGS, I'm going to be selling it due to personal circumstances, if any of you hear of interested parties let me know as I'll be happy to do a private sale with a refferal fee. I was over in the resort last week and the work seems to be going well and to plan.
I'm new to this forum, so any ideas on where to sell it would be welcome.
