Just visited the development earlier in September. Buildings E & C are going well. The infrastructure is now in place for roads and entry (concierge station). Work was just begining on the other buildings (second phase).
Completion now seems to be estimated at Q4 2007 for phase 1 and Q1 2008 for phase 2. | georgewalker |
I would recommend Nice Garden. It is in a fantastic location with one of the best views you will find anywhere in the area. In addition it is far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be idyllic. Security is good too if you will not live there all the time.
I looked at many locations and found it to be competitive in terms of price for what you get. The views and location - quite spectacular.
Developers have been good to work with too and the building is progressing well. | georgewalker |
| I looked into buying Nice Garden but it looked over-priced. I bought in Villa Harmonie instead. Its safer, cheaper and closer to the beach than Nice Garden. I bought it through www.medinheaven.co.uk. | johna |
