| I'm currently very happy with my property and NeuHaven. I think the taxes are a bit high for the overcrowded schools that we have and lack of modern buildings but still wouldn't change my purchase here. If Antioch didn't want NeuHaven or Neuman homes in this area, then the board shouldn't have approved the sale of the lands to us and yes please don't forget Pulte homes as well. Visa versa if they approved the sale of the lands, the schools should have been up to par to handle such growth. Shame on Antioch. Put the blame where it's due. Greed. | Antiochmom |

| The Homeowner Association at Neuhaven likes to ammend rules without input from homeowners and does not notify or update their website to reflect changes. I would definately ask current owners how happy they are before buying into any Neumann Properties. | mdtrip |
