The arrangement fee should have been paid with your first deposit payment. This was explained at the time of deposit and is a fixed % of purchase price.

| Just received my final invoice for mountain view and note that BD has added an arrangement fee that was not there before. My contract does not mention any such fee. Has any body else received the same? | peterR |
Yes we have. We also have one in Oasis Beach, Kamchia. Seen you on the Oasis Site.
We have B5-5 in Kamchina and A07 in Mountain view. But I think Appt numbers will change.
