I am sorry folks to say these but Mountain Inn 1 and 2 are frauds. There is no other way to put it.
The developer is a con-man who used money from his Bansko Riverside development (not entirely completed) to fund Mountain Inn 1 the beginnings (not close to construction completion) and then took money from Mountain Inn 1 purchases to fund the beginnings of Mountain Inn 2 (not close to construction completion and much worse than MI 1) and then used whatever funds from Mountain Inn 2 to start Spring Valley in Banya.
He has nearly sold all Riverside units, 15 or so are remaining in MI 1 which are not selling, almost all remain unsold in MI 2 and none have sold in Spring Valley.
The developer has used your funds and cash to live a nice lifestyle and to operate his other businesses plus start other projects it seems he has no intention of completing. I recommend that all owners of Mountain Inn One band together and take the developer to court in Bulgaria.
It does not take that long to bring an issue to court and start a lawsuit. Once a court date has been set even if that date is two years out all assets of the developer are frozen immediately.
