I had no luck for re sales. To be honest haven't put the effort in. I would love to off load mina al arab properties. If you find someone looking for one bed or 3 bed villa let me know.

Personally I would like to resell - but it is proving difficult to find a resale buyer.
On paper though I believe most people have made at least a 15% profit in less than 12 months. | rhashem |

| I'd like to start a thread on Mina Al Arab - but I suspect there won't be too many people here - since its too early - the completion dates are after August 2010. I myself have bought a 1-bed in the early phase.
