| Platinum Properties of Central Florida is under investigation by the Florida Department of Labor Enforcement. Your deposits have been misappropriated by Dave Weiker, Larry Maloney, and Jim Marx. At the present, there appears to be no funds to build neither your home nor anyone elses home in Milbrook Manor, Winslow Estates, or Citrus Gardens.

We purchased a home in Millbrook in January 2005. We have been very concerned about the lack of progress and traveled to the site last weekend to see for ourselves.
It was frankly shocking. We at least expected to see some roads and basic infastructure. There was no work done at all that was visable. The sales office was closed and outside looked awful with unkept landscape. There was a sign on the door that said they would reopen on Monday.
Can someone who has filed a complaint tell us the process and the status of their complaints. We also intend to seek legal action.
We cannot believe that they are still trying to sell homes. Unbelievable!

There are now 5 customers who are have taken legal actions against developer for breach of contract and unjust enrichments.
There are also 4 foreclosure on all land owned by Platinum Properties for Millbrook Manor, Winslow Estates and Citrus Gardens.
There are criminal misdemeanor charges against David Weiker for taking/moving/killing protected species turtles on Millbrook and Citrus Gardens site.
The projects have come to a dead halt and nothing is happening with construction or home building for any of the properties mentioned.
Most of all the employees have been terminated.
They are trying to sell the projects now, but as of today, no one has committed to buying any of the assets/liabilities from Platinum Properties.
There is an ongoing investigation with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement in conjunction with the Florida State Attorney's office which has been investigating them for over 2 years now.

| We have seen photos of work done on site to Mid December 06 which is still digging and are hoping to receive picture of roads etc. It seems a long time since Nov 2004. Has anyone received any confirmation of completion during 2007? I see lots are still for sale and prices quoted seem to vary a great deal. How do others feel about the current state of things?
