| have got an apartment on marina view fort beach, 2 bed apt d1 234. This apartment is fully furnished ,Due to unseen circumstances I am looking to sell for the offplan price of 107107 euros. | I would like to recommend for anyone who has not yet furnished property to contact Slavi Mitov at Furnishing-home.com. The choice is more modern and much cheaper than other options I saw. He is familar with Marina View and has been very helpful with all aspects of furnishing the apartment. | vstride |
| Hi I was out at Marina View in July and I think block A1 backs onto a small service road which has the main road running behind it. It is not a busy road. On the otherside of the road Fortnoks are building a new development. As for the current resale prices it really depends on the size and view of the apartment. There are still a few apartments for sale on the fortnoks website and judging by it my property has increased from 107,000 euros to 156,000 euros which I am obviously very pleased about it. It is a very impressive complex which I believe will still have further capital growth due to its location. | vstride |
| I have bought an apartment in A1 facing away from the sea....does anyone know what is directly behind this complex scenery wise?.....also whereabouts is the marina, if any at all?....as for current re-sale value, i am still after weeks of enquiring trying to find out what the local bank survey actually valued the flat at!! | tanarmurphy |
