I will phone interlink tomorrow because what concerns me is the remarks made by the bulgarian investbank that a maxium valuation on properties in tourists resorts is 400pounds per sq. m. | After doing some digging. Found out that yes there will be a second pool. Wonder why buyers are not being kept informed on whats going on..its a positive addition so thats great!! Just hope they dont take anything away though. Are people intending to rent theres out. We are trying ot work out if its worth having the furniture pack or going to ikea which is soon opening in Sofia. All seens along way off though!! | dr8309 |

We received an email to say they were going ahead with outdoor swimming pool and yes there is an indoor as well. Hi again. I hope the roof does go on before next winter or things could be delayed even further. I need to keep up with all this. Is the Outdoor pool as well as the Indoor pool ? Has everything changed? I've not seem any changes in the marketing literature.

| I thought completion date was between Dec - Mar 2009. I also thought they were to be at roof level now, and the second payment due now, that is why i kept asking when second payment due, because i hadnt heard from anyone. I am glad they are running behind because the euro is so low. | litu12 |

david,we came back from bansko 2 weeks ago and while we were there we met up with a property manager for BG Realty who are the builders. She said that the majestic pirin is on schedule and the roof should be on for september when the next payment is due. We think this is a tall order the same as you! we have bought on 3rd floor appt. 18 which overlooks the front which assume will now be the outdoor pool and gardens. | hi fellow purchasers.just found this web site, and also just back from bansko at the weekend .being told by the agent on site that all is well and on time,roof to be finished for end of september. also being told that the new gondola is to be built on the new side of town, starting april by a german company. | kenny1968 |
Hi Litu. There are 123 apartments in Majestic Pirin, of these 84 are sold leaving 39 unsold. {There's still time yet for you to pick up a few more.} I would say, when it comes near to completion these remaining few will fly. I hope this helps. Cheers Donal. | donal1945 |

it is good to talk to another buyer especially with you going over to bansko and seeing how the development is coming alone and keeping me posted, the second payment is due at roof level, because they are behind that must be why no one has been in touch for next payment. Hi Litu12, Just got back from Bansko on Mon18th. Majestic Pirin is coming along really well, foundations and first floor seem to be complete. I believe this is going to be a very nice complex. I bought on the third floor facing Pirin Mountains. I took a few photos, but with it being in the early building stages they're not much different from the ones I've posted.
