The current rates are Rs 6500, the information is from mumbaipropertyexchange.com
for 2bhk flat of 1039 sft it will costs around 73-75 lakhs !! depending on floor one takes

There are quiet a lot of shops available in Dreams Mall when I had checked 1 month ago...have u tried contacting them...It is due for completion early next year...

I mean either they build residential or commericial(shops, malls, offices) they dont build both together.
Thats what I read in newspaper.
Any way I would suggest you to find out once in person, as my information is from newspaper not firsthand information.

Regarding Malls in Splendor.
Mahindra Gesco is known to build exclusive Residential or Commercial spaces, I dont think they are building any Mall. Infact I read an article by Mahindra Gesco developers "Residential people have to wait long in car parking to get into their homes on weekends if the mall is attached to the residential project, where as our projects doesnt have that problem as we do exclusive residendial projects only"
and second reason as far as I know Mahindra Gesco doesnt have much road facing land for this project.
and third reason being having neptune and dreams so near by, the new mall if comes up will not be sucessful

Heard from a friend that project is re-launched on dussera.
When it was lauched last time, it was Rs 4500, but now its Rs 6000 per sft.
Lemme know if above rates are wrong.
