Have just bought a 3 bedroom Townie in Lucaya Village.
Has anybody got any info on everything to do with the purchase
ie Rental, Management fees, profitability etc etc
Has anyone tried to go it alone? ie without management company.

I´m buying the unit #32 (4 dorms). Any Brazilian or foreigner buyers give me some info to buying process, mortgage application, contract, closing etc? I would to know any information about the rental programme and how the bookings are going?
How about association fee, insurance, management fee, property tax?

I am really on the fence about buying a unit at Lucaya Village. My family and I were there a few weeks back and loved it. Can anyone give me any insight on the income made from the rental program? It would be important to see how it helps offset the costs of ownership.

We have just returned from a two week holiday to Orlando and went to see Lucaya Village. It is now complete and the clubhouse is open. It looks really well. Have viewed the 3 and 4 bed show homes and they are very well finished. We are hoping to purchase one in the near future. Anyone who bought a 4 bed tell us how much they paid as we hope to get a good deal. We always stay in that area when we go over and know it well. Location is excellent. Any other Irish buying?
