Hi all
Recently purchased in block D visited in January 08, purchased through Cape Verde Property Ltd, I think there are a number of developers involved in th build. Luciano Simoni has been my contact through CVPL , they have informed me that my apartment will be completed December 08. No sign of the Beach Club yet.

I was there first 2 Weeks November
No Club House Build on the Beach, the developers were working on the pool area, putting large fencing panels around it they looked as if they were preparing to release the first blocks, as for the rest of the work Block D was up to 2nd floor, Block E still the same. and Block G looked as if it would be ready in tthe next few weeks for the first floor as the Concrete Pillars were all in.
in the 2 weeks I was there mind you there was hardly no work going on.
No upto date photos sorry

Many thanks for your message. Sorry that it has taken me so long to reply. Have you bought in the exitsting development or in the new part. We agreed a purchase in March 2006 and our contract stated that the appartment would be ready Jan 07. So I was surprised to see that you have been told March 08 and the rest of the development Jan 09.
Also, have they built the club house on the beach, right in front of the entrance to the development.
If anyone has any photos I would really love to see them as the last time we went out was March 07. The developer promised that the appartment would be ready April 07!!!!!
