I brought an apartment here through Andrew Smiths of Jaws management, who was acting on behalf of Adrian Needlestone of rightsource properties.

The deal has not gone as planned, and though I have been paid some of the money owing to me, for 5 months I have been owed around £10000. ( money should have been returned within 1 week ). I would like hear from any other investor that has had similar experiences in the hands of these people.

I have been told that the reason for the delay in the return of funds, is due to the non payment of commission from the prestige group
