Hi,
I asked the same question on the Flamingo Country Club forum, and received a couple of replies, one saying that they had moved a bit of earth around, and the other said that Lake View is way down the pecking order. Artev have to finish Flamingo II then Turquoise, Royal Heights and finally Lake View.
It will be interesting to hear of any progress if you are going in September.
Does anyone know how Lake View is selling? Are there many units left? I notice it is now on the MRI web-site - it wasn't for a long time after we signed up for our apartment. | Midgey |
Hi Im told that the work will start after the contractor has finished lakeside later this year ,and it will be finished on time .

Has anyone heard if the Lakeview Resort has actually began to be developed yet. We plan to visit the site later in the year, but have not received any updates from MRI.

Guys - all your questions and more are fully answered on the Flamingo Country Club Owners Group which can be easily found on the Let's Talk Turkey website or better still, at http://www.flamingo-country-club.com.
Before the admin here erases the link - this is not just another forum! Thank you. The group - which currently has 112 owner members is a self-help, self-supporting group for all ARTEV purchasers which use the central resources of Flamingo Country Club or Flamingo I as we prefer to call it. This includes Flamingo Country Club, Flamingo II, Turquoise, Lake View, Royal Heights and Lakeside Gardens. The group acts in the interests of all owners to force your rights as purchasers.
Issues currently being discussed with Legal Independence and Artev as a group are:
- Lack of facility completion in Dec07 including importantly, the beach and beach club etc
- Payment delay due to non-supply of above amenities
- Reductions / Waiver of property management fees until all amenities supplied as contracted
- Payment timing with regard to essential documents for mortgages etc
- Water supply issues and backup supplies in the event of drought
- Indemnification of costs for bringing mains water to the site when finally available
- Sewage handling
- Centralised satellite dish - who wants 1000's of ugly satellite dishes all over our buildings
In addition the group actively discusses and agrees actions regarding important issues such as rentals and furniture packages and is moving toward becoming a legal entity in it's own right in order to control and administer it's own activities.

We just bought 2 bed/ 2 baths apartment on Lake View Tuzla with MRI.
Are you going to buy furniture package from MRI? I want furnish it by my self, but no sure is it going to affect after sales agreemnt with TomasCook/First Choice and others regarding rental. | wiks |
Just been to Turkey with MRI and have just reserved two apartments on the Lakeview Resort at Tuzla. A little concerned that this site was not even suggested to us until the last minute, as they were pushing Flamingo Country Club (phase 2) and Royal Heights.
We found that there was very little choice left with FCC and RH but had our pick of this new development, which is going to be below Lakeside Garden site. Anyone else heard of this new development?.
