| Hi, I paid deposits last year for 3 two bed flats. Understand that the developer is still awaiting approval from the authorities for the new plans. As far as I know, no work has been done at all on the site. If it ever gets built I know I'll be happy with the investment. If not, then the deveoper will be in breach of contract and will have to compensate. There may be scope for purchasers to join together in any legal action. | smilerman1 |

We have purchased 2 propertys on Lagoa and are starting to wonder if they are ever going to be built.Does anyone have anymore information on when it will be finished or the merger of the constructor with another company in spain?

I too have purchased a 2 bed apartment in logoa (Block 12 top floor). It looks a very good investment but will take a while to be fully complete (estimate 2012/2013). I know construction has yet to start - hopefully in Jan/Feb 08. I feel it will be a long term investment.
Has anyone heard anything about when contracts will be issued?

I visited the area last month.Liked Touros though saw a development there i much preferred to Lagoa and have gone for that instead.
