Hello fellow Kizil investors.
We're buying a few apartments on this site. We've met the developers, (Turnkey), and visited the site over Easter. All looks OK, happy with the progress. Hoping to go out again in October, and we'll post 'photos then. Does anyone want to see 'photos from Easter? If anyone is not familiar with this development in Alanya, then the British website is www.turnkeyconstruction.co.uk We loved the development because of the huge, (700 mtr!) unusually shaped pool, the fact that it has an indoor pool as well, the small interesting looking blocks, the fact that 3/4 of the site is apparently in green belt and the cheap prices! When we visited, we were also very impressed with the build quality of the developments they have already completed. We originally just we're going to invest in just one for a quick profit, but loved Alanya so much that we are intending to keep one long term for ourselves. It would be great to speak to any other investors.
