Hi People
Mt name is Paul and I live on the Sirena complex just down the road from your complex.
If you need any update or photo's on the progress of your aparments, then just send me an email and I will pop over there for you and give you the feedback.
I met a couple who were told that they could have the keys to there apartment. They booked the flights came over here only to find out the kitchen was not installed. A complete waste of time and money.
There is absolutely no charge for this service.

We are interested to hear of the delay with your development. We are buying at Anarita Valley and are in the middle of a delay which has lasted four months so far. We are also aware of a nine month delay at Peyia Springs.
A number of buyers are looking closely at their contract details with a view to compensation if completion is delayed. We are discovering that many Pafilia contracts do not mention compensation whatsoever for the buyer and that the payment schedule is legally binding whether or not a brick has been laid.
