As many owners will know there have been problems with the Maintenance company operating for Marina Residence and Villa Saint George, both in Kavarna.
Owners are now forming an Owners Association to encompass the interests of all owners. It is important that you become a member of this association which will in the future be your voice and will operate for and on behalf of the members.

Has anybody signed the final Notary Deed on property in the Marina Residence complex. Do you have to pay cash to the Notary when signing. My solicitor told me that it is normal pratice to bring the cash when traveling to Bulgaria.
