As far as I am aware, there is nothing going in place of block 4.
I believe it will be landscaped with gardens.

| The official completion date is October 2009. The expected completion date is July/August 2009. Block 4 is no longer being built (The centre block in the back row of 3). Bulgarian law limits the amount of construction work during the summer, so as not to interfere with the holiday season too much, which is the reason for the long building time. Air conditioning is pre-installed, you just have to purchase the actual unit (from about £600). This gives you the choice of which unit you require. The buildings seem to be progressing very well. They are just a short stroll to the start of the beach, where there is a brilliant cafe/bar right on to the beach, which has well established rose gardens and shaded bushes. This bar backs on to an area with currently about 4 bars set around a small pathed area. The whole area is basically being developed and I predict about 2 years before you will see the benefits. I think the wait will be worth waiting for. Work is due to start in the next few months on the new marina, which will be in front of the big hill west of the development. This is not a development in a well established resort, it is one of many developments in a small rural picturesque bay, which up to now has been pretty much neglected. we have bought in Phase 1 also. I emailed Maia at Kavarna office on 7/2/08 to be told that completion will not now be until 2009 and no month was given. Only by asking has she emailed 1 photo which is not as advanced as the ones already downloaded. They don't seem to let us know progress unless we chase them ourselves. | norahbatty |

my in-laws are involved in purchasing in kavarna gardens and have paid out 22,000 Euros. they have been out on a viewing trip and said that it was fantastic but due to other commitments are needing to sell their contract on.
The plot they have invested in was worth 86,000 euros but is now worth in excess of 100,000 euros. They are not looking to sell the contract for the increased price - they just want to get their original down payment back. If anyone is interested, let me know!!
