Kastalia Park is an absolutely beautiful development facing Kastalia Springs. Both are set aside a well plated ravine which leads the eye towards Coral Bay and the torquoise Mediterranean Sea. We came across the development when the villas were in a skeletal state and upgraded from our off-plan Peyia Gardens property (E3 for anyone interested) and decided that maybe the lure of Cyprus would see us fleeing the UK for warmer climes.
At the time of writing there are still one or two properties to sell and well worth a look. You can buy cheaper but maybe not somewhere with the spirit of Kastalia Park where the owners, permanent andholidaymakers enjoy a keen sense of community. I've not met it in the UK and I haven't heard about it in Cyprus - it's a super location where everyone looks out for each other.
Watch this space as maybe, if I see some responses we can share our experience of buying in Cyprus along with the cautionary notes too.
