Just got back from there yesterday, It was the first time I saw my apartment complete as it is managed by a company out there. Must admit I may need to look at other management options,if you do not mind may need to discuss with you on personal email.

| Ventsi called a meeting of the owners while I was there, it was mainly about paying the bills, he is contacting everyone about when bills should be paid, it seems the electric company want more regular payment. The most important issue for me though, was the possibility of lifts being fitted retrospectively, it would be good if they can! | MD1 |

| OH YES go to Nessebar world heritage site fantastic if i can will try and send you some pics but complete dork when it comes to trying to send!!!!!!!!!. but great restaurants beautiful views and only 5 km away. | Was just looking at the Grand Kamelia apartments, noticed they are having tennis courts was just wondering what the builders will do eventually with the bit of land at the back of Kamelia 1 and 2, would be lovely to have a tennis court there and maybe some games tables, when I was over most of the kids were going into Golden Dreams from Kamelia to play on the games tables there. ours is fully furnished and air conditioned and connected to a management company for renting out. we have received 5 weeks booking so far.
it is on 3rd floor area 40.1 sq.m
we want to sell it. any idea of an attainable price?

I have bought a 2 bed at KG 2 through Azzetz. Initially it was suppose to be a 3 year rental guarantee, but that was withdrawn. No one really took responibility or cared since most of the money had been paid. I have therefore bought without viewing and with no preparations. After 2 years or so the sale completed recently, I have been sent the keys and hopefully what is the deeds. My solicitor seems quite nice but is unfortunatley totally useless. Could anyone please assist in answering some very simple question which my solicitor seems to completley ignore or not understand. I want to get the flat up and running.
1. Who do I need to contact regards to Service Charges. 2. How do I sort out electric, insurance etc. If I were to turn up do I need to inform anyone like security or caretaker? Will there be electric/water etc. Do I need to arrange for these?

Things are starting to come togehter now, got my furniture from www.interior.bg and they are very good, friendly and extremely helpful, also got 15% discount on each item, I also wanted specific colours that I couldnt find on the web site,emailed them and I have everything I need in the exact colours I want, I can well recommend them.
I am going over on may 21st for a week, so looking forward to it all, hopefully we can open a bank account etc then.

I managed to get the first flight out from Gatwick on 7th May and get the completion date postponed, i couldnt get a flight only so got a cheap package holiday which didnt work out much more than the flight only for that week, you may be able to do it that way. The builders emailed me with management details and furniture packages although I have already chosen my furniture with another company, I believe there is a discount on furniture if you go through the builders although I am not sure of the prices, my solicitor is looking through their management details at the moment, if you want details so you can enquire I can email them to you direct. | Kamelia Kate |
Hi, we have been buying studio in Kamelia Gardens since Sept 05, it is now nearly ready but cant find any info on management companies as was told there would be a guaranteed rental - anyone know about this at all ? Also getting bogged down with regards to furniture etc.
Also cant find any flights over to Bourgas till End May and we should be completing end April

| Hi all, has anybody been sent through samples of kitchen colours? Ive had three, dark brown, orangey and a pastel oak, the one i thought might have been light wood which I was going to choose as i wanted to furnish in light wood and red furniture, was in fact the pastel oak which i thought was more of a greyish colour in reality, wonder if anybody has seen the actual sample of it over there and what colours it goes with? Oh and has anybody been contacted by premier estates? I sent them
an email a while ago, but they never seem to reply or send out any
pictures or details of how the construction is going etc, which is
pretty annoying as they will have probably earned around £2200
commision from my apartment sale, for doing naff all! Has any one

I use a company based in Sunny Beach called fresh for my
managment. The are and english couple who are reliable, always
act and are well priced. They hand out keys to guests, clean and
offer taxi hire to and from the airport. Well worth a checking
out. I wouldn't get a big furniture package from the builders or
anyone. Just try get your kitchen sorted out then you can get all
the extras like, beds, pots pans, TVs etc from Bourgas at places like
Metro (AKA Makro), Teckno Palace, and other shops around the town for
all your extras and save some funds that way!!
