hi guys,
Did anyone planing to take possesion in A wing of Joy homes.. if anyone have taken possesion pls adise me as to what all thing needs to check.
as per my call to joy home they said if u hv to do any internal work then u have to take dry possesion wherein u hv to pay full amount stated as amount at time of possesion.
after taking possesion they will make it ready and give keys to do internal work.

Hi Guys,
Who ever planning to take the flat in Joy Homes, just check for carpet area, over heard from one of my friend who is in india visited the place and said, he feels some conflict between the carpet area mentioned and actual carpet area according to the plans they gave. He says something is fishy, just be careful get it recalculated with some professional.
