| Hi people, I just bought an apartment in Phase 3 2 days ago and after reading about people wanting to purchase off plan in International City on 30/70 payment terms I thought I may as well let you all know that Dreamhomes Worldwide have have 2 studios and 3 one bed apartments from the developer (Global Property Developments)in Eton/Oxford and Cambridge if anyone wanted one. As you all know International City has sold out so only resales available now except for these.
