I have bought a two bed town house. Have been told that they want togive me the keys when this is complete within the next two weeks. The problem is they cannot complete and supply me with the relevant paperwork for title to the property. Select are saying that i will not have to pay any bills of site fees for Eight Months as apparently this is how long it will take before i can get the deeds.
So they are expecting me to hand over £37000 with no proof that i actually own it if it goes wrong!! they have tried to say that its ok i can hold back 5%....How stupid do they think we are!!
This has now been passed to solictors to sought.
Is anyone else in the same boat with phase one?????? | james1844 |
| I am intending to use Owners Abroad as I think that they also have a stake in the development. The development looks stunning especially the club house with the roof terraces and spa etc. I have no experience of letting out property abroad and would be interested in feedback from any one else who has used them or other rental management companies. | laurus101 |
We purchased a duplex in phase 2 when we were on holiday- it wasn't an impulse buy as we had contacted Horizon Sky before going away.Would be interested in hearing from anyone else who has purchased in any of the phases,especially those who intend to rent their apartment through Owners Abroad or other means
