Roomie Wanted in Horizon Cove.
An apartment with 2 rooms on the 7th floor, has lift. All home appliances available.
Now i am working in Shenzhen and get back at weekends. i would like to have one man or a couple without child sharing the bigger room. I am there just at weekends. Easy-going people are welcomed and at a bloody low rent:
RMB1000 and the electricity or other tolls payed by yourself
OR RMB1500 without any other fees.

| I have lived here for a year now. Nice place, nice gardens, and the Clubhouse sports facilities good. Very poorly run restaurant.
You can now rent flats here for very little money, in Hong Kong terms.
However, management is allowing private owners to rent to contractors who leave junk and rubbish all over their garden flats. Horrendous! If you have a view on this, please post it.
I think Huchison should do something about this.

I hv stayed in Horizon Cove, Zhuhai for 6 months and like the place a lot. Hv since left China and now looking to buy a small unit there to go back once a while for vacation
Interested in a small 2 room apartment but I dont like the ground level nor those low rising units that does not hv a lift. It is a hassle everytime I travel lugging my luggage 3 storey high.
Pls adv if u know they hv units to sell on the taller block that has lift access.
