Hi Geraldo, I signed in approx Aug/sep of 06. I am based in UK. and bought two units. Where are you based and did you only buy one unit, if so what is number.
I have been told that a banker has pulled out and they are getting interest from other interested parties and are going through due diligence part with interested parties. I have not received anything official have you?

| I signed a preconstruction contract for a unit of the Hollywood Grande in 2004. At that time the project's website and related materials advertised an opening date of fall 2006. That was later changed to opening in fall 2007 and, since then, there have been numerous delays. I still don't know when the project will be completed. Has anyone else had a similar experience with this project? | gerardo |
