JUST TO SAY A FEW THINGS ABOUT NESSEBAR FORT CLUB.

THE ROAD NOT A REAL PROBLEM (JUST KEEP LOOKING)

CONSIDERING JUST BUILT

THERE ARE A NUMBER OF CRACKED PAVING SLABS

THE ONE RESTAURANT THAT IS OPEN SERVES GOOD FOOD, SERVICE WAS FINE, STAFF POLITE AND PRICE RESONABLE.

STILL NEED TO OPEN OTHER RESTAURANTS AND FACILITIES.

APARTMENTS COULD HAVE A BETTER FINISH AS WALL/FLOOR TILES, SOME CRACKED, UNEVEN AND GROUNT WAS MESSY AND NEEDED TO BE REMOVED OFF TILES.

IN GENERAL APARTMENTS WERE FINE.

IF YOU CHECK PICTURES OUT I POSTED ON HOLIDAY FORT GOLF CLUB YOU CAN SEE PROGRESS AND WHY FINISH IS NOT GREAT, NO PROTECTION OF WORK WHEN COMPLETED. RAILINGS ON BALCONIES HAVE CONCRETE SPLATTER WHICH WILL HAVE TO BE CLEANED, IF COVERED THEN NOT NECESSARY.

I WILL BE PLEASED IF THIS WAS ALL TO WORRY ABOUT BUT IN GENERAL VERY PLEASED WITH NESSEBAR FORT CLUB

OUTSIDE COMPLEXES IF YOU WANT CHEAP DRINKS YOU HAVE TO SHOP AROUND AS WE FOUND THE MAIN STRIP SEEM TO VARY IN PRICE AND TAKE THE P***

I am buying in C4 and am buying through Blue Eden. I am going over this Monday 9th June to have a look at progress. I have seen photos on website and the swimming pools are in.

I am going to try and find out if there has been any progress on the Golf course and to find out as much info as possible.

I will post an update on my return on the 16th June. I have started looking into furniture packs etc and trying to compare prices etc.

Would be nice to get to know some people before the apartments are finished and get to know neighbours.

I have been advised finish date is Jan or Feb 2009

Hello All Members,

We have bought a one bed in B2, anyone else there? The finish date is june 2009 but I hear it will be finished in the March. We are Irish. Does anyone have any update on the Golf Course that is supposed to be built nearby.

Fort Noks are now running a shuttle bus from Nessebar Fort Club to Sunny Beach for 4 leva one way it will be ideal as I beleive its difficult to get across the busy road.

Thats great, My wife Margie and I are from Raheny, in Dublin, Ireland, we live about ten minutes drive from the Airport.  This year there have been some direct flights which is god news, bad news is there aren't too many deals as there isn't ahuge amount of people going from Dublin.

Billy - Our apartments also in D2 - number 569 so were going to be very close neighbours by the looks!

Conrad - thanks for the tip about the forum with pictures. I've been searching the net for ages and these are the first i've seen. Good to see good progress is being made. Im going out there myself in September but will look forward to any updates/pictures you have from your July trip.

I am buying in C4. I have just sent 2nd payment as have been advised this week that the roof is complete. I was told by agents this would not be until July ish 2008, so must be ahead of schedule. I am unable to access pictures in the Fortnoks website, don't know if its just my computer or if there is a problem on the website......... has anyone else seen up to date pictures. I am next going over in June 2008.
