I agree with Sumgenius. The complex is in poor hands and needs to be taken care of before it goes out of control. Every meeting we have been fighting with the association, but the problem is the owners never get together in the fight. We have left our beautiful complex at the mercy of a few who are taking good advantage of our carelessness. Please!! we request all the owners and residents to untie for the cause.archana_suresh

Hello!

We purchased an apartment in this complex, but get very poor feedback from the Association. The entire complex was to have been painted last Dec '06, first time in 10 years, but I've now been told that they do not have funds. Where has all the money gone. The basement is leaking, the fire hydrants are rusted and have obstacles in their way, the wall is black and cracks allow rain water to seep through the walls. The maintenance seems to have been totally neglected, well not totally, as there are some gardeners and pool maintenance staff, but the building is unsightly. Does anyone have similar views. We may need to have the management handed back to the developers.
