Again, It concerns me that everyone has been posting these blogs but noone has bothered to contact us directly. We are here and willing to answer any of our clients questions and concerns.

In regards to the slander by Mr. Thorley, we have forwed this to our attornies and we will be pursuing this to the full extent of the law.

As to the other buyers, we are awaiting contracts which were sent out. In our presentation in Watford, we expressed that if we do not receive these contracts back and executed you will not be allocated a unit and we can not move forward. We are not going to start construction until we receive the corresponding contracts.

We recently sent out a communication to all buyers that in the event the contracts which have been sent out are not returned we will begin to cancel allocations. Please understand as a business we do not want this to happen, we want to close on these units.

Regarding your post below

I have had myself several direct emails from people in the same position as yourself where they were buying the units threw a third party ,they are  looking at  setting  up an action group

If you email me direct i will send you there contact numbers ,also i do  have the tel no for lusant at  zenodro

I would have thought that that you would need to seek your money back from the agent  who in turn would have it back from the builder due to the delays  ,  you would have to look at your contract with the agent   / seek legal advise

Others have spoken about losing £5000.00 commission if they cancelled there unit with the agents ? 

Nothing is happening on site so if you are not one of the first 20 customers on retreat then you are looking at maybe another 6  to 12 months at least before you will have a unit

We also have just come back from orlando yesterday

Visited the site nothing has changed or moved on since the start of jan  no new home' s and no start to the clubhouse   ( WE WERE TOLD  IN JAN THAT THEY WOULD START THE CLUBHOUSE IN ABOUT SIX MONTHS TIME AFTER THEY BUILT THE NEXT PHASE AND THAT THE CLUBHOUSE WOULD BE FINISHED BY THE END OF THE YEAR  )

Didn't speak to builder direct due to our dispute but spoke to one of our realitor's office staff while shopping at publix who  said that the builder was still trying to close on the first 60 properties that he's built before he start's anything else

Thanks for the support so far we need to keep the ball rolling  anyone else who is in the same position  as myself and the others  please get in touch  If there is a group of three or more you can file a a class action  against the builder which is a quicker prosess and we would have a make stronger case for getting our deposits back

(ps ) If anyone is thinking of going over to look at the site we have a 4 bed ,2 bath pool home approx 10 -15 minutes away   discount 's available off our normal rates for eye on worldwide investors

I just found out about this site . Let me tell you I have had nothing but issues with these builders. The thing that really annoyed me was the fact that they sent out contracts claiming they were an extension of the original,clearly they were not. Unfortunately i found out later that although zenodro claim to have 25 years experience in building hotels and other structures across central florida.the fact is they don't not as zenodro.the company was formed in 2005 clearly to take advantage of a rocketing market somebody had dollar signs in their eyes and thought it was the winning lottery ticket to set this up.

i called my uncle to visit the site...as others have pointed out there is nothing there. no amenities,clubhouse or any of the other empty promises. demands are being made for money towards amenities .these things were never mentioned before.

I am angry  annoyed and very frustrated that my money has been sat on for over 2 and a half years...i will be taking action.

hello everybody just to give you an update a friend visited the site it looks like a sh*theap i urge you people ........get in touch with myself or joe .we need to take action collectively or we will all get screwed individually...read my words THERE IS NOTHING HAPPENING ON THE SITE AND PRICES ARE SEVERLY DEPRESSED.  I really would like to give more details here but attorneys are working on the whole shambles....how many of you have had increases in closing statements with extra money being demanded for the club house and other amenities..dont sit back take action ..NOW

we have had to appoint an attorney to fight our case against  lusant ordonez and is team at zenodro homes

I'm sorry that i cann't go into detail at the moment as it might affect our legal case against the builder

IF you are in the say boat as me please get in touch  it would be better to act as a group to take on the buider and get our money back than to act independently

I was told by by the buiders m /c  that disney were opening a down town disney 2 near to hidden forest in 2010  they were quite upbeat about it

 I must say we too are not happy  with the builder ourselves

What was the name of the company that went out of business?    Did you receive any documents from the developer or have you tried to contact them direct to discuss your situation?

I am a buyer from the UK. I put down quite a large deposit over 12 months ago. It now seems that the organisation that I purchased through has gone out of business and I don't seem to have a unit reserved under my name and cannot get a refund.

I am extremely disapointed and have no idea what to do. Does anyone else have the same or similar problems?

We have also been waiting two years and are dissapointed in the delay and failure to meet the original timescale.  Question is, has the development risen in value and will it prove to be a good medium to long term invetsment.

If we knew it would have taken this long when we invested we would have used our money elsewhere, just hope its been worth the wait?  

Last I heard the first houses should be complete Oct. the hotel is being built first. I have heard nothing since July. Has anybody else heard anything.

We have been waiting nearly two years, has anybody else had the same wait.
