As per the last update that i got, the rate is 5091/- per sqft at neptune's living point project in bhandup..

Are you sure about the price? The adjoining GE Gardens (although I would say that it is a premium property) is above 5000/-.
Also there are around 3-4 similar properties around this i.e.
1. Dheeraj Dreams - Price is 3850 + floor rise
2. Neptune - Price is 4200 + floor rise
3. Few small projects i.e. Joy Homes/ Kamal Park - 4000 and 3500 respectively.
The location of Gundecha is indeed better that the small projects. | dheerajmatta |
| I dont see any reason why Gundecha's are quotating a rate of 4191 per sqft. It is just a single building with not much of amenities. There are so many big projects available within a distance of 1-2 kms from Gundecha Heights at the same or lower rate. Guys please give your opinions as well. Am i right or wrong? | ashishkm |
