Hi everyone,
I bought a studio in Onix last year for 86,000eur, due for completion in Nov08...could anyone advise on how much I could sell it for now, and any good estate agents that I could use to sell it (not MRI)?
Has anyone sold one recently (studio or 1bed)? Who did you use? How did the whole process go?
Has anyone had theirs completed, furnished and rented? how much rent are you getting for a studio in greenfields? I know what MRI advised (500eur+) but I've been told that's highly unrealistic...
Any advice would be highly appreciated.

| We also got called out of the blue by furniture direct worldwide and their boiler room sales tactic. They have a website, but have no phone number, yet when they call they promise you will be able to contact them by phone. After 8 harrasing and pressurised calls I told them not to call us againand I was fed up of them, They sound bogus, you may want to try my technique, I never heard from them again. | Flakey |
| We have bought property in greenfields Romania through MRI, and have now been told the completion date is in mid july. Cfp have just told us in the last week that they are unable to raise a mortgage with the bank they have been dealing with. Apparently a document required to obtain a mortgage, can only be obtained on completion,and we cannot complete without raising a mortgage.( Catch 22). In the mean time the developers impact, have extricated themselves from paying penalties, for late delivery, but are now writing to us to ask how we are going to pay for the property. Just saw this on a turkey board - they called me too - very concerning
WARNING - FURNITURE DIRECT WORLDWIDE!!
I have been called by a company called Furnititure Worldiwde Direct who called me out of the blue tring to pressue me into buying furniture for my apartment that I have already furnished in Turkey. THEY SAID THE DEVELOPER ARTEV HAS GIVEN MY CONTACT DETAILS TO THEM! I DOUBT IT! This is an outrage and I am dealing with it through the police etc, but I want everyone to be on guard because my friend who bought in Morocco was ripped off by a company who sprung up out of the blue (in fact they were called Blue Spring - have a look here....http://www.totallyproperty.com/morocco-property/5924-spring-blue-furniture.html) and offerd him a furniture pack that was so cheap it was 'too good to be true' and guess what? IT WAS, they ripped him for £4,000 and he has never seen or hearde of them again - then.... I get a call from this Furniture Direct company telling me the same story they told him..."prices just going up"..."you have to buy now" etc.... DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! IT COULD BE THE SAME OUTFIT THAT SET UP SPRING BLUE AND THEN DISSAPPEARED WITH THOUSANDS OF £££ OF PEOPLES CASH! If they canot properly tell you how they got your details, and you did not call them - then they are probably SCAMMERS - FULL STOP. Glenn

Hi Paul,there are few direct flights...and Greenfield is located only 5-10 minutes driving from the airport.
There are a few hotels in the area so to avoid the traffic in Bucharest I think would be advisable to book something close(anyway you will have everything next to you shops restaurants...also the last part of Baneasa Business and Commercial are will have the opening on the 17th of April)

i am looking to sell my apartment in greenfields, because basically my business partners have let me down!! I bought it for 128000euro; and have heard they are now worth approx 160-170000euro;
what woul be a reasonable resale price for my apartment; somewhere in the middle?

Thought I would pop by and let you know all is well on the greenfield site just returned from there personally to view my property. Whilst I was there I met with a company who is going to furnish and rent my property at a great price. Not going to use the company we all know from the tv*** if you want any up todate site pictures or info on who's furnishing and renting my property let me know p.s I reckon Popeye is about right prices around 160-170,000E and I would guess about august for completion on my investment in Topaz
