I was and am thinking of buying one apartment in this property. I do not live in Mumbai so have to go by what is told my my near ones and by what I am able to find on the internet. Good to see that there are people on the internet discussing this particulat property.
The builder is a well known resource to my father and he looks to be promising in terms of the plans he has proposed. But now the posts below ismaking me nervous about making the purchase. After spending that kind of money, is it really worth getting sub standard services/utilities ?

Green Woods is a nice property well located within 2 km radius of International Airport, Domestic Airport, Railway Station, etc.
The amenities provided by the builder is not upto the mark as per the charges we have paid for the same. The swimming pool planned is pathetic. The pot holes on the road would be larger in MUmbai than the proposed swimming pool.
The health club is still not ready for the residents who have already started staying.
The amenities provided inside the house also have a lot to be deserved.
Over all a good property being not treated well by the developer.
