current rates are Rs 7500 per SFT...

I see a lot of messages enquiring of the rates in Godrej Garden Enclave but no replies. Can anyone address this issus as there are now N+1 enquiries.
Also I have checked the Godrej property website and there is no mention of this project strange.

| U have decided a very good project for sure. I had visited the Godrej Garden Enclave site last year, I went on the 8th floor. The view was amazing. I believe that godrej is planing to build 9 towers of 20 storeys each. You can enquire about the ones which are not built yet, so that you get a better price. I dunno if you overlooked but the bathrooms and the toilets in this building are triangle in shape and smaller comparatively which is very ackward. I didn't like it at all.
