| I have been informed by the developers that I have the opportunity to purchase the Notary Deeds for my property in D306 early saving me money and giving me a discount off the agreed price. I am a little concerned as not many develpers offer a discount unless they are in need of extra finance. I am concerned that the develper may not be able to complete due to lack of funds. As anyone eles got the same fear or am I over reacting? I am unsure whether or not to purchase the Notary early and part with more money ahead of schedule. I would be interested to hear other views on this subject. | darren barnett |
