Last year i informed Damac about the gamsha bat prospect. As one can see on their website, development is in progress. According to a friend of mine (inhabitant of dubai) Damac seems to be a very relieable and trustworthy real estate company.
I am looking forward to further information : prices etc..
Forgot to tell you that i am in anyway not connected to Damac, i am just a humble dutch individual.
