| I have just stayed in Floridays at beginning of August, with Phase 1 almost complete and sold out. I stayed in a 3 bed 2 bath condo.
It was finished to a reasonably high standard, and the facilities there were good, but the cafe very expensive. I was also a bit concerned about the security there, as it would appear that anyone an walk in off the street.
I thought it was very expensive to buy for what it was, and as I would be buying for investment, I cannot see how easy it would be to sell on.
The marketing of the condo's for letting did seem vry strong, and if I wanted it just for my holiday home (providing I was taking children) it would be a really good choice. | dawndrower |
