Hello all!
Has anyone seen or have information on the new waterfront resort going up in Fuseta ?
Apartments and Townhouses almost as close to the water as Formosa Village.
Saw a web site and it looks fab!!
I have called and prices are something like 200 000€ T2 103m2 with 2 full bathrooms and townhouses 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) garden and roof top terrace with Spa about 330 000€. Restaurant/snackbar and pools on site.
How do the prices compare to what you guys paid back in 2006 at Formosa?

I havent been in touch with this site for a while, but just wondering has anybody any updates on building progress? We were trying to get Flights over to Portugal at Xmas to check on proceedings - but it didn't work out!
Hopefully going over in Feb and will update u all on any news.
But if anybody has made it over, we would love an update

We bought in early August & when we were out there, there was a crane in the middle of the site - just wondering if they have got any further.
We also bought form MRI and while we found them great there is a lot of talk on another of their developments about their aftersales service etc especially the Furniture Pack. I am at the moment getting information on other places doing Furniture packs at half or even less of their prices.
We're from Drogheda so good to know we have Irish Neighbours!!

Just back from Portugal yesterday and still on a high after purchasing a T 2 at Formosa . Got a good feeling abt the town and the development, so fingers crossed as this is our first property venture abroad, but know Portugal well after 18 years visting same.
Did the deal through MRI who very impressed with but only time will tell !
