Hello,
I have bought two studio apartments in Elina Palace and would like to hear from anyone else who has bought in the complex, to find out how smoothly (or not) things have gone as I have a few reservations regarding the integrity of the developer, especially as the apartments were listed to let on the internet last ski season (2006/2007) before I had been informed that they were finished.
