I am looking at the same thing. I think I have decided that I want to buy in El Gouna rather than Hurghada or Sahl Hasheesh say. I just wanted to get feedback from anyone who has brought there and what their experiences have been. Have you now brought there? If so how did you find it to buy and are you happy there? I am probably looking at it as more as a holiday home and investment.
